Have you been to cedar point lately?! I just went for the first time this past weekend, and though I DID enjoy myself, I'm thinking I am just a bit too old for all that. After all, who really needs thrill rides when life at home with two little ones can evoke the same feelings?
So... after spend the day waiting, and walking, and riding, and doing some more waiting and walking and riding we get in the car and begin to make our 3 hour trip home to Battle Creek, MI. About an hour in, EVERY single red and scary light on my husband's car lights up on the dash!!
So I begin to Google, red triangle with exclamation point, maintenance required, avs, check engine, and whatever else there was lit up, and guess what?! I diagnosed the problem! That was kinda cool, the problem, not so exciting.
Turns out inverter for the water pump had gone out, which is a common issues with older Priuses and basically driving in home seemed like a horrible idea. Seriously though, the way all the symbols on the dash were flashing, it made you feel like it could blow!
So we ended up getting a room for the evening to avoid the risk of driving a car that may blow ;) Of course paying for a hotel due to car issues was NOT in the budget for our short trip to Cedar Point, BUT fortunately for me, I had my handy dandy Jamberry paycard and it was okay. (BTW that card also paid for the trip to Cedar Point, lots of yummy food, all kinds of fun the day before Cedar Point, and some much needed retail therapy)
Hate when life throws you a curve and you don't have the $ to do anything about it? Me too! And that my friends is why Jamberry has been SO awesome for my family.

Excuses, excuses...Who needs them?!
It was my birthday this last Sunday, and now I am 29, only one short year away from the big 3-0! Ahhhhh!!! But age is not what this is all about. What this is about, is excuses.
On Sunday (my birthday) here in the great state of MI is was stinking cold! I had imagined going to lake MI for the day to lay out, swim, and spend time with the family. BUT forecast was predicting rain, and my kids had very busy days the few days prior, and were so whiney. So, I had decided that going out to lunch was going to be all that we did to celebrate that day.
After lunch we got in the car, and my hubby Dwayne was trying to convince me to drive over to Lake MI anyways, but the boys were practically falling asleep. So I said "nah, let's just go home and take naps." Well we went home, but do you think my boys that were falling asleep in the car took naps?! They surely DIDN'T!
And now my point! On that day I had made excuses as to why going to Lake MI was a bad idea. It was probably going to rain, it was too far of a drive to not be able to swim, the boys were tired....There were probably more that I'm not remembering. As people, I think we are prone to find a million reasons as to why something is NOT a good idea. And in thinking about it, it seems to be when we are considering making a move that could potentially be great!! Or at least, that's what I do.
It was around 3 o'clock when I decided it was my birthday, and I was going to do something to celebrate! We jumped in the car as quick as we could, and drove the hour and a half it takes to get to Lake MI from Battle Creek, and it was absolutely beautiful! It was later in the day, and so the beach was empty and the boys ran around, free as birds. They climbed the sand dunes, and splashed in the water. We took pictures, and I sat and looked out at the water, as my eyes began to mist because I was feeling SO incredibly blessed!
There are always so many reasons NOT to do something, and some of those reason are probably even good, but when you let go of your excuses to get to experience life!
Now all I have to do is try to continue to "let go" because it's really not my instinct. I like to try and control, but when I'm doing that, I'm usually missing out.

So unexpected, but SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO awesome!
I started my journey with Jamberry without ever thinking that is was going to be life changing! I just thought I was just going to have cute nails all the time, and hopefuly get a few extra bucks here and there. Thankfully I have had SO much more than cute nails! Month by month I am killing my families debt because with jamberry, and because it is such an easy "sell" the quality of our lives is beginning to change! Last month a made over $600 with Jamberry, the one before that over $800, and so far this month I've made over $500 (there's more to come!)! Plus before the end of the month I'm fairly certain that I will be promoting within the company for the 4th time since signing in March and getting another $100 BONUS as well as a commission increase. Life is good. No complaints here :)
*let me know if you want the info for 1/2 off the already inexpensive $99 starter kit in JULY ONLY so that you can begin to experience positive changes in your life too. If I am, I have NO doubt that you can and will too!

My Story...
I'm starting a new format for my Jamberry FB page, which I am VERY excited about!! And so...on "My Story Mondays" I will blogging about what's going on with me and my experience with Jamberry Nails. So let's get started...
Since starting this new venture, all I can I say is that I feel truly blessed! I began wondering if I was going to be able to "sell" this product, but soon into it realized that all I really needed to do was share it because women LOVE an inexpensive mani and pedi! Especially one that lasts!
I could go on and on about why I'm loving my new venture so much, but you don't have time for all that! So all I am really going to say for now is that I feel SO BLESSED! I have new friends, I always feel great about having A-M-A-Z-I-N-G nails, I'm making way more money than I ever imagined I would (seriously), and it's been a LOT easier then I ever imagined it would. Life is good, and I <3 my nails :)
